Phil,
Would it be inappropriate to propose a special honorary rank for our beloved late Julian "Hellstrom" in recognition of his contribution to these boards over an eight year period? Today happens to mark the six month of his passing.
Thank you for considering this.
PS: Antarctica's profile also says "Phil owes me a special rank." Any special American forces/agency out in Africa?
