i've seen movies & televison episodes where joe toys make appearences but never one with joe comic till now. i watched the movie the Defendor starring woody harrelson awhile back. the is a like a modern retelling of don quixote. anyways there is at least one flashback scene as a boy looking at a spinner rack with gijoe comics, etc. the 1980's marvel arah g.i.joe #6 & 7 make a cameo of sorts
