Scarlett Declassified

I'm thinking about ordering Scarlett: Declassified but have never read it. I check YoJoe.com and they don't have a review for it. If any of you have read it, is it worth picking up? Thanks in advance for your help.

It was pretty average, to say the least. If you are in search of decent DDP stuff, this will do. Nowhere near as good as Snakes: Declassified by any means, but at least it isn't Zartan (Dreadnok): Declassified bad. I don't remember much of the story though (that might be an indication of how interesting I found it), but I did like the cover.

I think I'll pass then. Maybe if I hold out long enough IDW will publish a Declassified omnibus containing G.I. Joe, Drednok, Scarlett, and Snake-Eyes Declassified? Hint, hint, Andy? :D

I would drop that smoldering pile of cow dung that is Zartan (Dreadnok): Declassified and add the 5 Special Missions instead. At least they were mostly well-written.

The Special Missons were nicely done and good reads. I always wished that DDP would have waited on their Special Missions tpb to include all five Special Missions instead of the just the three.

All the more reason for IDW to include them with Joe, Snakes, and Red Declassified!

I would rather see the 5 Special Missions in one "Disavowed" Special Missions trade then lumping them in with the Declassified stuff. I am sure that had we got the Special Mission issue planned with WW3 we would have seen another DDP Special Mission volume trade from DDP.

Which one was it? Was it Special Missions: The Enemy that was included in the WWIII tpb? I can't remember.

The WW3 Omnibus had the WW3 prequel story from Special Missions: The Enemy only. It lead into WW3. We were suppose to get another Special Mission issue during WW3 that was, if I remember right, suppose to revolve around the Cobra prisonbreak. I forget the name of the prison. Missed opertunity all the way around.

Man! I didn't know that. That really would have been awesome. I wonder if IDW will introduce the Special Missions line eventually. Perhaps with the new ARAH line?
