any chance for idw inspired toys (figures and/or vehicles -- like the recently seen trouble bubble update)?

maybe the upcoming toyline pursuit of cobra...
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- will get idw to start using some toy accurate designs. i just bought the newest issue and the viper on adkin's cvr looked awesome, but not the one inside. and were those fangs and the mamba? c'mon, there's lots of toys that have great designs in this mythos. so far helix is about the only one that has been utilized. and some of the originals like duke, scarlett, and beach head. this is getting tiring. but i don't want roc, just so that's known. zartan better look cool.plus we could have used eels in the start of the tale and strato vipers piloting the fangs. i'm done for now. sales are going down, it couldn't hurt to link the properties various outlets a tad more. not too much. but a tad. and its fun. its why i bought helix.

Here are some so far.
1.) Will Hasbro dictate that IDW use more classic designs of GI Joe characters as the series moves along?
2.) Will the recent exclusive comics from Wal-Mart and Amazon.com be included in a tradepaperback in the future?
3.) Will there be any more exclusive comics from either online retailers or Joe related websites?

There have been some original storywise comics released in the UK (surrounding the release of the movie)? Are there more original material stories planned for other countries or languages? or to have IDW comics released anywhere outside of the US?

For the next round, Phil... We are seeing Motion Comics beginning to come out. Is there any chance we could see a G.I. Joe motion comic, especially of the Marvel Run (let's say, Cobra Civil War? )?

My questions are:
1.) Does Hasbro have an official stance on GI Joe comic original continuity? If so, what is it? Does Hasbro view the Devil's Due published material a continuation of the Marvel published work?
2.) How long does IDW have the comic publishing license? (Very happy with their work, just curious)
3.) What direction does Hasbro want to see the comics to go in the next five years?

3.) What direction does Hasbro want to see the comics to go in the next five years? #1 is only question I really want to know from them. It should put to rest the debate going on over in the IDW forum. Maybe add What was the inspiration for going back to the Hamaverse continuity? And why picking up with issue #156?

All good questions Phil. I only have one other that pops to mind at the moment, though I might actually prefer your three. I saw this asked on the IDW boards, and did not see an answer. It may have been answered, but I don't know. The reason I ask is I have basically no interest in the movie continuity, and with the upcoming Marvel 155 1/2, 156 etc. it will be just more clutter on the shelves. And it could be a question asked to Andy Schmidt or Chris Ryall at IDW instead. Anyways, the question:
Has Hasbro mandated that IDW continue to publish movie related comics?

My question for Hasbro:
Will you make available the rest of the Resolute comic #3 ("Cold Comfort" with arctic Scarlett vs. Cobra Commander)? Walmart had the Snake Eyes/Night Creeper issue, and Amazon had Duke/ Lamprey and then the downloadable Crimson Guard/Iron Klaw when you preordered the Resolute DVD. We saw a 6-page preview of arctic Scarlett vs arctic Cobra Commander issue, but are missing the rest of it. What happens next? The suspense is killing us!

Why did HASBRO authorize making the GI Joe Team an internationalized one in GI Joe The Rise of Cobra? Also, as Hasbro now has license to produce Marvel Legends action figures, can we hope to see GI Joe A Real American Hero action figures done in this scale anytime soon?
