Ok
1.) What company will be getting the Comic License in 2008?
2.) Can we hope to be able to buy the comic pack issues without the figures, either as regular comics or as a collected Trade paperback, along with previously issued Hasbro comics and mini-comics?
3.) Can you add more wallpapers to the GIJoe.com site?
4.) How long will the 25th anniversary run of toys last?
5) Can you reveal which new comics written by Larry Hama will be produced for the comic packs? (We are aware of 10.5 ans 21.5 so far)
Alternate #1 - Any plans to publish a UK-based Action Force comic again?

Those are great questions, although I'd bet my bottom dollar that prior to some sort of press release, they won't be answering number 1. But nice try!

You know they released a pic Tomax and Xamot being the figures for the third comic pack. So I'm hoping for 36.5 as a prequel to their first appearance in issue 37.

Yeah, number one will NEVER get answered until they decide to announce it and I doubt that will be through these questions. After the answers given to the last batch of qustions I personally am not even looking for Hasbro to give us any good answers at all.

Well if you look at the other batch of questions, they actually answered some of these, which was nice for a change. Thanks Bro(has)!

Hey guys, I just got the e-mail that Hasbro is going to continue the Q&A sessions this year. The first questions will be due March 31 (a month after Toy Fair). Don't ask anything now we will wait until we get closer and see what info has been released by then.

Just some notes for later, questions that are unlikely to be answered by the official IDW announcements:
I think we should ask about how the new comic packs fit into continuity, especially the one with Nemesis Enforcer.
We should also ask if/when Hasbro obtains the rights to DDP Joe comics.

Ok...now start asking your questions.
I will sort through them and pull out 5 that we can send to Hasbro. You have until 30MAR, that is when I will send them because I will be headed out of town on a business trip on the 31st.

1. Can we expect any new characters (either new creations or characters who have never had figures) in the toyline prior to the movie merchandise hitting in 2009?

Too bad no official annoucement is out! I'll rephrase my two questions and then add some:
1) Will all the newly created comic 2-paks by Hama fit into the old continuity, or are some of them stand-alones (à la Ninja battles or Valor vs Venom)?
2) Who will have the rights to reprint DDP Joe comics, Hasbro or Devil's Due themselves (or nobody)?
3) When will the new Joe comic be out?
4) What kind of reboot (if any) can we expect in the new comic?
5) Unlikely to be answered: Why IDW?

Why was Scarface in the story of the 32.5 issue? Did Larry Hama just forget Scarface was dead? Or was Larry told to work Scar Face into the story after the fact, because the figure was going to be in the pack? Was there some kind of mis-comunication between Larry and Hasbro to cause the continuity glitch? Not to mention a CG wasn't even seen in the story.
I dunno, maybe there's a more elegant was of asking that question, but basically I'd like to know what happened. I'm curious.
Perhaps we could ask Hasbro what the process is for choosing the figures for the comic packs and how they work with Larry to do the comic. Do the figures come first? Does Larry pitch a story and then they all try and figure out who would make sense? Or does Hasbro give Larry a list of figures to choose from and he picks a couple to centre a story around?
